Adopt Copito

Siamese · Male · Young · 2 years

Copito is a beautiful Siamese cat who was picked up at a restaurant in the Elviria area. He had a microchip, which allowed us to contact his owner, but she explained that Copito constantly ran away and marked his territory at home, which she found annoying. In the end, he was not taken back and is now part of the Triple A cat shelter, looking for a second chance. Copito is an affectionate cat with people. He enjoys human company, approaches confidently and appreciates being stroked and given attention. He has a confident nature and a strong personality. He can be somewhat dominant with other cats. In the cat shelter, where he lives with many other cats, he sometimes marks his territory due to stress and the high density of cats. For this reason, we believe he would be much happier and more relaxed in a home where he can be the only cat, or where he has enough space and tranquillity. Copito needs a responsible and committed family who understand his nature and can offer him a stable, safe and permanent environment. After being abandoned, he deserves a home where he will be respected, cared for and never left behind again. 📩 Adoption contact: Síguenos: 📸 Instagram:

About Copito

What life with Copito looks like

Copito is a small young adult siamese cat waiting at Triple A Marbella in Marbella.

An adult cat usually shows their personality within a week. Give them a quiet room with everything they need (food, water, litter, hiding spot) and let them choose when to explore. Don't force interaction — every cat decides for themselves when a new home counts as home.

Note from the shelter: Territory marking behavior, needs to be only cat or have sufficient space

🇪🇸Adopting from Spain

Spanish protectoras generally include sterilization, all vaccinations, microchip ID, and EU pet passport in the adoption fee (typically €250–€400 for a dog, €100–€180 for a cat). Many maintain partnerships with rescue transport providers across the EU.

Frequently asked

Adopting Copito, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Copito?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Triple A Marbella handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Copito on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Copito if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Triple A Marbella will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Copito already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Copito isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Triple A Marbella early rather than rehoming privately; they know Copito and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
