CYNIO

Mixed Breed · Male · Young · 2 years

Cynio - 2-year-old, 14-kilogram gentle young man with a dove-like heart is looking for a safe haven! 🐾💔 From puppyhood behind bars - a quiet, slightly withdrawn friend begs for a chance at real life! There are stories that hurt especially hard - when a dog knows no other world than a concrete box, cold bars and shelter noise. Meet Cynio - a young, extremely endearing bachelor born in 2024, which means he is currently only about 2 years old. He spent his entire childhood and adolescence in a shelter - he came to us as a helpless little one and grew up behind bars, not knowing what a real home smells like, a soft carpet and the safe arm of his human. He weighs only 14 kg - it's a slim, compact and extremely handy format of a smaller medium, made to be safely placed on a warm, home bed. Cynio is walking gentleness, defenseless tenderness and an ocean of modesty!

About CYNIO

What life with CYNIO looks like

CYNIO is a young adult mixed breed dog waiting at Animal Sos Psiakowo Centrum Adopcyjne in 99-423.

A young adult dog fits most household rhythms once the first couple of weeks of adjustment pass. Two reasonable walks a day plus play time is usually enough. Plan a "decompression fortnight" — quiet routine, no visitors, no off-leash adventures — to let them settle.

🇵🇱Adopting from Poland

Polish shelters maintain established transport routes to Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and Sweden. Animals leave sterilized and chipped. Adopters usually cover transport.

Frequently asked

Adopting CYNIO, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about CYNIO?: Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Animal Sos Psiakowo Centrum Adopcyjne handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw CYNIO on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt CYNIO if I live in another country?: Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Animal Sos Psiakowo Centrum Adopcyjne will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Transport is usually a separate cost, so ask for the exact figure before you commit.
Is CYNIO already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?: Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if CYNIO isn't the right fit?: Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Animal Sos Psiakowo Centrum Adopcyjne early rather than rehoming privately; they know CYNIO and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?: TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (PL). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
