Gender: female, spayed; born approximately 2024; status: available for adoption. Deenah arrived at our shelter almost simultaneously with cat Elida, both pregnant. Due to limited space and the fact that both mothers share the same origin (and look remarkably similar), they’ve been sharing a large room here at the shelter. There was only one day between their births in early May, and it was truly remarkable to witness how the two mothers cared for their offspring together. The little ones really couldn’t have been raised in a more loving environment. Even now, the bond between the two families remains incredibly close, and perhaps we’ll manage to find a wonderful new home where Deenah and Elida can live together as mother cats. Deenah is the bolder and more lively of the two. She enjoys being petted and pampered by her familiar people, but with strangers she’s rather reserved and needs time to build trust. We’d like to find her a quiet, rural home where, once she’s settled in, supervised outdoor access can be provided. Deenah’s kittens are Dion, Dori, Dimitri, and Denny.

Aufgrund der eingeschränkten Kapazitäten und der Tatsache, dass beide Mamas dieselbe Herkunft haben (und sich zum verwechseln ähnlich sehen), haben die beiden bei uns gemeinsam ein großes Zimmer bezogen. Nur ein Tag lag zwischen den beiden Geburten Anfang Mai und es war unglaublich beeindruckend, wie die beiden Mamas sich gemeinsam um ihren Nachwuchs kümmerten. Besser behütet hätten die Zwerge wirklich nicht aufwachsen können. Noch immer sind die Familienbande sehr innig und wir würden uns ganz sehr eine gemeinsame
