Denisa came to our shelter when she was just a little over a week old. She was born outside to a young mother named Astře, a shy cat who defended her kittens with her whole body. She grew up with her three siblings at our shelter, and it wasn't without problems. The shy mother was so afraid that sometimes she didn't feed the kittens, she would hide them. We had to jump around them, trying to keep them as strong as possible. Fortunately, they all managed, and Orlando and Kája eventually found a home. Unfortunately, Denisa and Daník were ordinary shy cats, a bit embarrassed and therefore had difficulty finding a home. They found a home twice, but were always returned for almost made-up reasons. So both are still waiting with us today. Both are shy, but not completely. Deniska is a bit less brave than her brother. Daník eventually passed away at our shelter because he succumbed to FIP. Deniska is still waiting for a home, she is relatively quite shy, but can be tamed, she had a phase in her life when she used to cuddle with us. Unfortunately, among the shy cats at the shelter, she doesn't show much interest in contact with people, so the only chance for her to cuddle is a new home.

Denisa k nám do útulku přijela už když jí byl teprve necelý týden. Narodila se venku mladé mamince Astře, etra plaché kočičce, která své děťátka bránila celým tělem. Vyrostla se svými třemi sourozenci u nás v útulku, neobešlo se to bez problémů. Plachá maminka se natolik bála, že koťátka občas nekrmila, zasedávala je. Museli jsme kolem nich skákat, snažit se je udržet co nejsilnější. Naštěstí to ale všichni zvládli, Orlando a Kája pak nakonec našli i domov. Bohužel Denisa a Daník byli obyčejní mourci, trochu se styděli a tak si domov hledali těžko. Dvakrát ho dokonce našli, ale vždy byli vráceni kvůli nějakému skoro smyšlenému důvodu. A tak oba dva u nás čekají doteď. Oba jsou plaší, ale ne úplně, Deniska je o něco méně odvážná než bráška. Daník u nás v útulku nakonec dožil, protože podlehl FIP. Deniska stále na domov čeká, je to relativně dost plachá kočka, ale ochočit se dá, měla v životě fázi kdy se s námi mazlila. Bohužel mezi plašankami v útulku o kontakt s lidmi příliš nejeví zájem, takže je pro ní jediná šance na mazlení nový domov.
