Diva

Mixed Breed · Female · Puppy · 3 months

Diva - little fighter seeks her happy ending 🏡✨ Approx. 3 months old (as of July 21, 2026) | friendly, playful like a puppy Sometimes life begins with a sad story. The little Diva was rescued together with her mom Pami and her siblings from a farm where they would not have had a future. 💔🐾 Our animal rights activist had already tried to spay Pami last year to prevent further suffering. But the owners refused. Unfortunately, what had to happen happened: Pami gave birth to puppies again. The owners did not want the little dog children - their life was simply supposed to end. 😢 But our animal rights activist did not hesitate for a second. ❤️ She rescued the small family and brought them to safety. All were examined by a veterinarian, lovingly cared for and could finally relax. 🩺🐾 After her rescue, Diva was of course examined by a veterinarian, vaccinated and chipped. 🩺💉 Today she can grow up protected with our animal rights activist and finally experience what safety, care and love feel like. 🤍🐶 Diva shows herself playful, curious and happy like a puppy. 🥰🎾 She loves to play with the other dogs, explore her surroundings and enjoy every caress. With her open, friendly nature, she steals everyone's hearts in no time. 💖 Of course, the little mouse still needs to learn the basics of dog training. Housebreaking, walking on a leash and living in a house or apartment are new territory for her. 📚🐾 With patience, love and an understanding family, she will master all this step by step. Until Diva is old enough for her big journey, she can play carefree, learn and develop at her own pace. 🚐✨ For Diva we wish people with a heart who give her a loving home and show her that from now on her life consists only of love, security and beautiful moments. ❤️🏡 Who falls in love with little Diva and gives her the happy ending she so richly deserves? 🐾💕 Diva is vaccinated, chipped, dewormed, not yet neutered and examined by a veterinarian when leaving. She has an EU pet passport. All our dogs travel with official Traces papers and paragraph 11 permit to Germany. Our dogs are additionally tested for Mediterranean diseases using a rapid test. The deposit is €500 plus €30 for the purchase of safety harnesses. Note: If we assign certain breeds to our dogs, we orient ourselves exclusively on their external appearance as well as observable behavior (phenotype). That applies: This assignment is made according to the best knowledge and conscience of the association and the participating veterinarians. However, these information do not necessarily correspond to the actual genetic makeup (genotype), because a reliable determination would only be possible through a DNA analysis. In addition, the behavioral and character description of the respective animal is based on careful observations by the animal rights activists on site or by the respective foster families. It should be noted that these assessments relate exclusively to the current local conditions in the shelters or foster homes. It is important to understand that the fur nose will change after a successful

About Diva

What life with Diva looks like

Diva is a small puppy/kitten mixed breed dog waiting at Rescued Souls e.V. in Pfinztal.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. The first six months are the formative window — house-training, leash work, and quiet exposure to traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar people happen now or not at all. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.

🇩🇪Adopting from Germany

German rescues typically require an in-person home visit (Vorkontrolle) or detailed video home check before approving adoption. Animals leave the shelter sterilized, microchipped, and with a valid EU pet passport. Adoption fees usually fall between €250 and €450, covering veterinary preparation.

Frequently asked

Adopting Diva, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Diva?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Rescued Souls e.V. handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Diva on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Diva if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Rescued Souls e.V. will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Diva already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Diva isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Rescued Souls e.V. early rather than rehoming privately; they know Diva and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
