Ik heb echt enooooorme trust issues. Mijn psych zegt dat het wellicht door mijn verlatingsangst komt dat ik nu wat down en depri ben. Eigenlijk zou ik wat meer naar mijn innerlijke kind moeten kijken zodat ik mensen weer ga vertrouwen en mijn oude patronen kan doorbreken.
