Unsere Donna haben wir aus einem Tierheim in Bayern übernommen und sie zeigt sich bei uns als ausgesprochen liebe, offene und menschenbezogene Hündin. Sie freut sich über jeden Menschen, der ihr begegnet, geht freundlich auf Besucher zu und genießt es sehr, Aufmerksamkeit und Streicheleinheiten zu bekommen. Donna geht sehr gerne spazieren und läuft dabei bereits schön an der Leine. Auf Umweltreize wie Fahrradfahrer oder Jogger reagiert sie entspannt. Auch die Grundkommandos beherrscht sie. Der Rückruf funktioniert schon recht gut, ist insbesondere bei Ablenkung aber noch nicht immer zuverlässig und wird deshalb weiterhin geübt und gefestigt. Donna lässt sich gut über Futter motivieren und lernt grundsätzlich schnell. Bei Hundebegegnungen kann es vorkommen, dass sie andere Hunde fixiert. Dabei geht sie jedoch nicht nach vorne. Ihre Orientierung am Menschen darf Donna in solchen Situationen noch weiter üben und festigen. Da Donna zu den sogenannten Listenhunden gehört, wird sie aktuell auf ihren Wesenstest vorbereitet. Ein Auszug ist erst nach erfolgreich bestandenem Wesenstest möglich, der voraussichtlich im Herbst 2026 stattfinden wird. Interessierte Menschen können Donna aber bereits jetzt kennenlernen und sich bei einem persönlichen Kennenlernen selbst ein Bild von ihr machen. Für Donna wünschen wir uns verantwortungsbewusste Menschen, die sich mit den entsprechenden Bestimmungen und Anforderungen für Listenhunde auskennen und bereit sind, Donna auf ihrem weiteren Weg zu begleiten. Ihre zukünftigen Menschen sollten ihr mit Ruhe, Klarheit und Geduld begegnen, ihre Orientierung am Menschen weiter fördern und Freude daran haben, gemeinsam mit ihr zu lernen und die Welt zu entdecken.
