Video Dora 04/2026 Andújar, den 03. 03. 2026 Die drei bezaubernden Mischlinge Luka, Dora und Hoppy sind gerade einmal vier Monate alt und leben doch schon im Tierheim, bei uns im Refugio. Ihr Start ins Leben war alles andere als leicht: Luka, Dora und Hoppy lebten gemeinsam mit 14 weiteren Hunden bei einem alleinlebenden Mann – ein Fall von Animal Hoarding. Als der Mann plötzlich verstarb, wollte die Familie die Hunde nicht übernehmen und versorgte sie nicht weiter. Schließlich landeten alle Tiere in der Perrera in Andújar. Dank unserer María José konnten sechs von ihnen – darunter die drei Geschwister und ihre Mama Cami – in unser Refugio umziehen. Kurz nach ihrer Ankunft erkrankten die Welpen schwer an Parvovirose und mussten intensiv medizinisch behandelt werden, aber alle drei haben tapfer gekämpft und zum Glück überlebt. Hoppy erlitt zusätzlich eine schwere Infektion und verlor dadurch einige Zehen an der Vorderpfote. Er ist noch nicht wieder ganz fit, aber es geht ihm immer besser. Unser Tierarzt sagt, er wird ein ganz normales, glückliches Hundeleben führen können. Luka ist der Mutigste der Geschwister. Frisch im Refugio fand er alles unheimlich, er wird aber immer entspannter. Luka ist sehr verspielt, freundlich und sehr sozial mit anderen Hunden. Die kleine Dora ist noch sehr zurückhaltend. Sie versteckt sich und hat Angst vor Menschen; einmal hat sie geschnappt, als sie für eine tierärztliche Behandlung hochgehoben werden musste. Bringt man jedoch Geduld mit, lässt sie sich gerne streicheln. Wir denken, dass Dora sich in den nächsten Wochen gut entwickeln wird, wenn sie immer mehr positive Erfahrungen mit Menschen macht. Ihren Brüdern und den anderen Hunden gegenüber ist sie sehr freundlich und tobt gerne mit ihnen herum. Hoppy ist ein sanfter, sehr lieber kleiner Rüde. Noch bekommt auch er schnell Angst in neuen Situationen und vor fremden Menschen, er wird aber Tag für Tag etwas mutiger. Von seinen Bezugspersonen lässt Hoppy sich für sein Leben gerne streicheln. Auch Katzen hat er schon kennengelernt. Für diese drei jungen Kämpfer wünschen wir uns liebevolle und geduldige Familien, die Verständnis für ihre Vorgeschichte mitbringen und sie souverän begleiten. Trotz allem, was sie erlebt haben, sind Luka, Dora und Hoppy lebensfrohe Hunde, die einfach nur dazugehören möchten. Wer schenkt einem der dreien ein Zuhause für immer?
