Doudou n'a pas toujours connu la douceur que son nom laisse imaginer...Abandonné dans une cité alors qu'il n'était déjà plus un chaton, il a dû apprendre à survivre seul. Nourri par des bénévoles au grand cœur, il n'était malheureusement pas stérilisé et a contribué, malgré lui, à agrandir une colonie de chats déjà très importante. Notre association œuvre chaque jour pour limiter cette prolifération en capturant et stérilisant les femelles, mais aussi les mâles, afin d'éviter toujours plus de naissances et de souffrances.Cette vie d'errance a laissé une trace : Doudou est positif au FIV (Virus de l'Immunodéficience Féline). Il est cependant en parfaite santé, le virus n'est pas déclaré, et il peut vivre encore de nombreuses années avec une belle qualité de vie.Mais ce qui définit vraiment Doudou, ce n'est pas son FIV...C'est un véritable amour de chat. Comme son prénom le laisse deviner, c'est une immense boîte à câlins. Il adore la présence humaine, recherche les caresses, les moments de tendresse et ne demande qu'à être aimé. Il saura faire le bonheur de la famille qui lui ouvrira son cœur.Doudou appréciera un logement avec un espace extérieur parfaitement sécurisé (balcon ou jardin sécurisé) pour pouvoir profiter de l'air libre en toute sécurité. Il pourra également vivre avec un autre chat également positif au FIV, sans aucune difficulté.Aujourd'hui, son histoire prend une tournure urgente...Faute de famille d'accueil disponible, Doudou est hébergé provisoirement dans un local mis à disposition par la Mairie. Malheureusement, cet hébergement prendra fin à la fin du mois d'août.Il ne lui reste qu'un mois et demi pour trouver enfin son foyer.Après avoir connu l'abandon, la rue et la solitude, nous refusons de le voir retourner à une vie d'incertitude.Offrez à Doudou la vie qu'il mérite : un canapé, des câlins, de l'amour... et une famille pour toujours. ❤️
