Dulce

Mixed Breed Β· Female Β· Young Β· 1 year

Dulce is a beautiful black cat who arrived at Triple A in early August. The move to the shelter was quite stressful for her, but she has now put on weight and roams freely around the cat run and the communal areas. She is a small cat who lets herself be picked up and enjoys being stroked and spending time with people. She doesn’t feel comfortable around other cats at the moment, so we believe she would be much more at ease in a home where she wouldn’t have to share space with them. πŸ’› Now we want her to have the chance to take the next step: to find a home where she can feel safe, relax and enjoy the company of her family. ✨ If you’re looking for a small, affectionate companion, come and meet Dulce. She might just be the little cat you’ve been waiting for. 🏑 To ensure her safety, it’s essential that windows and balconies have suitable safety measures in place before adoption. πŸ“© Adoption enquiries: πŸ“Έ Follow us on Instagram:

About Dulce

What life with Dulce looks like

Dulce is a small young adult mixed breed cat waiting at Triple A Marbella in Marbella.

An adult cat usually shows their personality within a week. Give them a quiet room with everything they need (food, water, litter, hiding spot) and let them choose when to explore. Don't force interaction β€” every cat decides for themselves when a new home counts as home.

πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡ΈAdopting from Spain

Spanish protectoras generally include sterilization, all vaccinations, microchip ID, and EU pet passport in the adoption fee. Many maintain partnerships with rescue transport providers across the EU.

Frequently asked

Adopting Dulce, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Dulce?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Triple A Marbella handles screening and the adoption contract directly β€” TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Dulce on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Dulce if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad β€” Triple A Marbella will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Transport is usually a separate cost, so ask for the exact figure before you commit.
Is Dulce already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported β€” ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Dulce isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work β€” that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Triple A Marbella early rather than rehoming privately; they know Dulce and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect β€” names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
