For Zumi & Zara, we are looking for a home where they cannot go outside, unless in a fully enclosed cat-proof garden. Zumi & Zara are placed as an inseparable duo. Character and background of the cat: Zumi and Zara were found together in a garden at a later age where they were lucky to get food. Zumi is a real companion cat! She is very social, likes to cuddle and starts purring loudly right away. She finds being picked up a bit exciting, but she always comes to you on her own. When it comes to playing, she makes impressive jumps chasing the play feeder. Zara is a bit more reserved than her sister, but with some patience, she slowly opens up. If you can pet her, after a lot of patience, she enjoys it visibly and purrs along just as hard. Her first reaction to stress is to run away, but through play feeder sessions and tasty snacks, she dares to come out of her shell more and more. Because Zumi and Zara value a calm environment, they are not placed with (young) children. They are placed as indoor cats. A safely enclosed courtyard is a nice plus! We ask the usual contribution in the veterinary costs of 200 euros per cat when both vaccinations have already been given. Adoption procedure: First, a telephone call is made to see if there can be a good match between you and the cat, then an appointment can be made for a visit so that you can get to know each other. When adopting, an adoption contract is signed and the adoption fee is paid when picking up the cat. Every cat leaves with a European passport. Voor Zumi & Zara zoeken we een thuis waar ze niet naar buiten kunnen, tenzij in een volledig afgesloten kattenproof tuintje. Zumi & Zara worden als onafscheidelijk duo geplaatst. Karakter en achtergrond van de kat: Zumi en Zara zijn samen op latere leeftijd gevonden in een tuin waar ze gelukkig te eten kregen. Zumi is een echte gezelschapskat! Ze is ontzettend sociaal, komt graag knuffelen en begint meteen luidop te spinnen. Opgepakt worden vindt ze nog een tikkeltje spannend, maar ze komt altijd uit zichzelf naar je toe. Als het op spelen aankomt, maakt ze indrukwekkende sprongen achter de speelhengel aan. Zara is iets terughoudender dan haar zus, maar met wat geduld bloeit ze stilletjesaan open. Als je haar, na veel geduld, kan aaien, geniet ze zichtbaar en spint ze net zo hard mee. Haar eerste reflex bij spanning is wegrennen, maar via speelhengelsessies en lekkere snacks durft ze steeds meer uit haar schulp te kruipen. Omdat Zumi en Zara veel waarde hechten aan een kalme omgeving, worden ze niet bij (jonge) kinderen geplaatst. Ze worden geplaatst als binnenkatjes. Een veilig afgesloten koer is een fijne plus! Adoptieprocedure: Er wordt eerst telefonisch nagegaan of er een goede match kan zijn tussen jou en de kat, nadien kan een afspraak gemaakt worden voor een bezoekje zodat jullie met elkaar kunnen kennis maken. Bij adoptie wordt een adoptiecontract getekend en de adoptiebijdrage wordt betaald bij het afhalen van de kat. Iedere kat vertrekt met een Europees paspoort.
