My companion and I had an owner. But we were not family members. We were needed for one thing, to have kittens. But fortunately, this came to an end. During a police operation, they found us. Fortunately! So we were saved. We have chips, but we don't have vaccinations. The owner gave up on us. Our condition is currently catastrophic. We are friendly with people.
