adoption requirements adoption process Now request this animal! Elpida had luck and was able to leave! Elpida means "Hope." And exactly that accompanies this female dog from the beginning. Elpida was found in Cluj in a very poor condition. Her body was emaciated and her fur dull. It was clear that she had lived with people who did not treat animals kindly. She barely experienced care, appreciation, and respect. Fortunately, she was discovered by local animal protection officers and brought to safety. There, she received medical care, food, peace, and for the first time, the chance to recover. A friendly animal welfare association took her in and so she came to Germany. Elpida is typically a delicate, elegant, and sensitive windhound. Dogs like her are often quiet observers, need peace, gentle people, and a home where patience and respect are naturally expected. What she learned or did not learn in her previous life, we do not know – all the more important is an environment that allows trust to grow step by step. Elpidas story stands for all the dogs who are hardly seen and yet do not give up. She found her own family through another animal welfare association in Germany. We are very happy about that. Vermittlungsvoraussetzungen Vermittlungsablauf Jetzt dieses Tier anfragen! Elpida hatte Glück und durfte ausreisen! Elpida bedeutet „Hoffnung“. Und genau das begleitet diese Hündin von Beginn an. Elpida wurde in Cluj in einem sehr schlechten Zustand gefunden. Ihr Körper war abgemagert und ihr Fell stumpf. Man sah ihr an, dass sie bei Menschen gelebt haben muss, die Tiere nicht freundlich behandeln. Fürsorge, Wertschätzung und Respekt hatte sie kaum erfahren. Glücklicherweise wurde sie von Tierschützern vor Ort entdeckt und in Sicherheit gebracht. Dort erhielt sie medizinische Versorgung, Futter, Ruhe und zum ersten Mal die Chance, sich zu erholen. Ein befreundeter Tierschutzverein übernahm sie schließlich und so kam sie nach Deutschland. Elpida ist windhundtypisch zart, elegant und sensibel. Hunde wie sie sind oft leise Beobachter, brauchen Ruhe, sanfte Menschen und ein Zuhause, in dem Geduld und Respekt selbstverständlich sind. Was sie in ihrem bisherigen Leben gelernt oder nicht gelernt hat, wissen wir nicht – umso wichtiger ist ein Umfeld, das Schritt für Schritt Vertrauen wachsen lässt. Elpidas Geschichte steht für all die Hunde, die kaum jemand sieht und die dennoch nicht aufgeben. Sie hat über den anderen Tierschutzverein in Deutschland eine eigene Familie gefunden.
