Elvis is a very people-friendly Labrador-type dog. He arrived at the shelter terribly emaciated, with a history that we can only guess. He probably wandered around Podlasie for a long time and there are many indications that he may have been bitten by other dogs. And yet... he still trusts humans. He clings to them, seeks contact and shows that somewhere beneath all this there is still a great need for closeness and security. We believe that Elvis will also learn to have calm relationships with dogs over time. However, he needs time, patience and a person open to knowledge and joint work. At the moment, we are looking for a home for him in a quiet area, close to quiet walking areas, where he can rest, catch his breath and slowly regain trust in the world. Elvis has already gone through enough. Now we would very much like his life to start falling into place.

Elvis to bardzo proludzki pies w typie labradora. Trafił do schroniska straszliwie wychudzony, z historią, której możemy się tylko domyślać. Prawdopodobnie długo błąkał się gdzieś na Podlasiu i wiele wskazuje na to, że mógł zostać pogryziony przez inne psy. A mimo wszystko… nadal ufa człowiekowi. Lgnie do niego, szuka kontaktu i pokazuje, że gdzieś pod tym wszystkim wciąż jest ogromna potrzeba bliskości i bezpieczeństwa. Wierzymy, że Elvis z czasem nauczy się również spokojnych relacji z psami. Potrzebuje jednak czasu, cierpliwości i człowieka otwartego na wiedzę oraz wspólną pracę. Na ten moment szukamy dla niego domu w spokojnej okolicy, blisko cichych terenów spacerowych, gdzie będzie mógł odpocząć, złapać oddech i powoli odzyskiwać zaufanie do świata. Elvis już wystarczająco dużo przeszedł. Teraz bardzo chcielibyśmy, żeby jego życie zaczęło się układać.
