I love people—just seeing them makes me jump for joy! I have plenty of positive energy that just can’t find an outlet at the shelter. Sitting in my kennel frustrates me—I need activity and human company. On walks, I want to see and smell everything; I’m very restless—and no one has ever taught me how to focus or given me meaningful activities. I’m open to training and love learning, so I’d be perfect as a family dog for someone who’s eager to work with their dog and enjoy outdoor activities. I need a wise, stable guardian who can set clear boundaries and teach me new things. I’m very emotional around other dogs—I bark loudly at them. I could live with another stable, well-balanced dog who could help me learn proper canine etiquette.
