It's not entirely clear yet whether Erica is a shy but ultimately tame cat or if she has become feral and goes into shock from fear when approached. At the vet, she fought vehemently against treatment, but in the foster home, she is not at all aggressive and lets me remove her kittens effortlessly for weighing and checking. Erica is an experienced and caring mother. She is used to having outdoor access and will continue to need it. Visit/adopt the group Erica's Kitten: About a year ago, Erica appeared at a country inn; last year, she had kittens multiple times, but none of them survived to adulthood. This year, she chose the hayloft to give birth to her young, and when the farmer wanted to store new hay, the innkeepers took action and asked for help from animal welfare. Now, Erica can raise her kittens in the safety of a foster home. The kittens will be listed on the website at four weeks old, until then, Erica can take care of them in peace. We are looking for a home for Erica with people who can show her a lot of patience and give her time to bond with humans.

Noch ist nicht ganz klar, ob Erica eine ängstliche, aber eigentlich zahme Katze ist, oder ob sie verwildert ist und vor lauter Angst in Schockstarre verfällt, wenn man sich ihr nähert. Beim Tierarzt wehrte sie sich vehement gegen die Behandlung, in der Pflegestelle ist sie aber überhaupt nicht aggressiv und lässt mich ihre Kitten problemlos herausnehmen zum Wägen und Kontrollieren. Erica ist eine erfahrene und fürsorgliche Mutter. Sie ist sich Freigang gewohnt und braucht diesen auch weiterhin. Katze besuchen / adoptieren Geschichte der Gruppe Erica's Kitten Erica tauchte vor ungefähr einem Jahr bei einem Landgasthof auf; letztes Jahr hatte sie mehrmals Kitten, die aber alle das Erwachsenenalter nicht erreichten. Dieses Jahr wählte sie die Heubühne, um ihre Kleinen zu gebären, und als der Landwirt neues Heu einlagern wollte, wurden die Wirtsleute aktiv und fragten den Tierschutz um Hilfe. Erica darf nun ihre Kitten im Schutz der Pflegestelle aufziehen. Die Kitten werden im Alter von vier Wochen auf die Website aufgeschaltet bis dahin darf Erica sich in aller Ruhe um sie kümmern. Für Erica suchen wir ein Zuhause bei Menschen die ihr viel Geduld entgegenbringen und ihr Zeit lassen sich den Menschen anzuschliessen. Erica
