Health: tested negative for FIV/leukemia, microchipped, vaccinated (rhinotracheitis and panleukopenia), with a leg injury. Adoption fee: 230 euros. Fabio was already rehomed by us once in 2024. Then, in July, he came home from outdoor access with a severe leg injury. Unfortunately, his owners did not stand by him but returned him to us. Fabio was incredibly lucky. For a long time, it wasn't clear whether the injured leg could be saved. But now the surgery has been successful—the huge wound has healed, and his leg is safe. Whether he’ll need further surgery will become apparent in the coming weeks. We’re looking for a home where he can continue to recover. Fabio gets along well with other cats and isn’t dominant. Sometimes he’s quite talkative and fun to chat with. He tends to be shy around people; it takes longer before you can touch or pet him. But the effort is worth it—he’s already a wonderful fellow. At some point, Fabio should be allowed to go outdoors again. For now, though, an apartment with nice feline companions would also be perfect for him. BalkonGesundheit: negativ getestet (FIV/Leukose), gechippt, geimpft (Schnupfen/Seuche), BeinverletzungSchutzgebühr: 230 Euro Fabio wurde von uns bereits einmal 2024 vermittelt. Im Juli dann kam er mit einer schweren Beinverletzung aus dem Freigang nachhause. Leider haben seine Besitzer nicht zu ihm gestanden, sondern ihn an uns zurück gegeben. Fabio hat großes Glück gehabt. Lange war nicht klar, ob das verletzte Bein gerettet werden konnte. Doch jetzt ist es geschafft. Die riesige Wunde ist zu, sein Bein ist gerettet. Ob er noch einmal nachoperiert werden muss, wird sich in den nächsten Wochen ergeben.Wir suchen einen Platz für ihn, wo er sich weiter erholen kann. Fabio ist gut verträglich mit Artgenossen und nicht dominant. Manchmal ist er eine kleine Plaudertasche und man kann sich mit ihm richtig unterhalten. Menschen gegenüber ist er eher schüchtern. Es braucht länger, bis man ihn berühren, ihn streicheln kann. Aber die Arbeit lohnt sich. Er ist schon ein toller Kerl.Fabio soll irgendwann wieder Freigang bekommen.
