Fern & Blossom

Female Β· Young Β· 1 year

Names: Fern (left) & Blossom (right) Species: Rabbits Sex: Female (neutered) Approx DOB : Fern guesstimate June 2025, Blossom guesstimate March 2025 Status : Available for adoption Fern and Blossom both arrived with us as strays, separately, and have been bonded here as both were desperate for company! Before being bonded, Blossom was very nervous of people. Since finding friendship with Fern she has gained a lot more confidence, but still likes her own space from humans. Fern is the more outgoing of the two, and shows Blossom the way! We feel they would be happiest housed outdoors, but could live indoors if they had their own room so they have space away from people and household noises. Both buns are spayed, fully vaccinated including Yurvac and microchipped. They must be adopted together, but could potentially join other rabbits. Minimum housing requirements: 3m x 2m secure, predator and bunny-proof enclosure. Adoption fee: Minimum donation of Β£150 for the pair Please read our rabbit advice pages prior to applying to adopt. About Fern & Blossom

What life with Fern & Blossom looks like

Fern & Blossom is a young adult rabbit waiting at Tiny Paws MCR in United Kingdom.

Rabbits are social animals β€” most shelters recommend adopting them in bonded pairs rather than alone. They need fresh hay daily, several hours of out-of-cage time, and rabbit-safe spaces to explore. They live eight to twelve years, longer than many people expect.

Frequently asked

Adopting Fern & Blossom, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Fern & Blossom?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Tiny Paws MCR handles screening and the adoption contract directly β€” TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Fern & Blossom on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Fern & Blossom if I live in another country?
Sometimes. Whether a rabbit can move between countries depends on the species and the rules in both countries, and some species need permits or have restrictions. Ask Tiny Paws MCR what paperwork and transport they require, and check the import rules of your country before you commit.
Is Fern & Blossom already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
What a rabbit comes with (vet checks, vaccinations, identification, paperwork) varies by shelter and species. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported β€” ask Tiny Paws MCR directly what is included and what Fern & Blossom still needs.
What happens if Fern & Blossom isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work β€” that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Tiny Paws MCR early rather than rehoming privately; they know Fern & Blossom and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (EN). Translation is imperfect β€” names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
