Mix, male, neutered Age: born 5.1.2011 UPDATE: October 15, 2025: We have decided to give the small Fips to long-term care so that he can find a nice home again. This means that we would cover the veterinary costs in agreement. Fips is in top condition, but he will be 15 in January, and even such a small tough dog can get sick eventually. We are looking for a home nearby, because his new people need to come often at first to get to know him. He doesn't trust strangers much, but once he knows and likes someone, he is really nice, loving, and cuddly. Who wants to give this little man a great home again? The small Fips was given up due to health reasons (the owner's). He originally comes from Romania, but has been living in Germany for a very long time. He doesn't trust unfamiliar people much, and would even snap if they try to touch him. But once he knows someone, he is very kind and cuddly. The caregivers here can handle and cuddle him without any problems. He is very fit for his age. He is completely suitable for apartment living and of course house trained. At the animal shelter, he is a cheerful dog and very hungry. He likes to go for walks, but if he doesn't want to anymore, he sits down and won't go further, only back.

Das heißt, wir würden in Absprache die Tierarztkosten übernehmen. Fips ist zwar topfit, aber er wird im Januar 15, da kann selbst so ein kleiner zäher Hund irgendwann krank werden. Wir suchen ein Zuhause in der Nähe, denn seine neuen Leute müssen anfangs schon häufiger kommen und ihn kennenlernen. Von Fremden hält er nicht viel, aber wen er kennt und mag, zu dem ist er richtig nett, liebevoll und verkuschelt. Wer möchte dem kleinen Mann nochmal ein tolles Zuhause schenken? Der kleine Fips wurde aus gesundheitlichen Gründen (der Besitzerin) abgegeben. Er stammt ursprünglich aus Rumänien, lebt aber schon sehr lange in Deutschland. Von fremden Personen hält er erstmal nicht viel, würde auch schnappen, wenn sie ihn anfassen wollen. Aber wenn er jemanden kennt, ist er sehr lieb u nd verschmust. Die Pfleger bei uns können ihn problemlos anfassen und knuddeln. Er ist für sein Alter sehr fit. Er ist voll wohnungstauglich und natürlich auch stubenrein. Er ist im Tierheim ein fröhlicher Hund und mega verfressen. Er geht gerne spazieren, aber wenn er nicht mehr mag, setzt er sich hin und geht nicht weiter, nur noch zurück.
