Flecki und Schnuffel wurden bei uns abgegeben, weil man sich nicht mehr um die beiden kümmern konnte. Der Zustand in dem die Beiden bei uns angekommen sind hat uns sehr geschockt. Die Krallen waren viel zu lang, sodass sie nicht mehr richtig laufen konnten, beide waren viel zu dick und hatten aufgrund von viel zu viel nicht geeignetem Futter starken Durchfall und zu allem Überfluss hatte Flecki auch noch einen Madenbefall aufgrund ihres verklebten Hinterns. Zum Glück haben wir den Madenbefall schnell wieder in den Griff bekommen und auch der Durchfall gehört inzwischen der Vergangenheit an. Lediglich das Übergewicht dürfte zumindest bei Schnuffel noch etwas reduziert werden. Flecki ist in der Regel bisher die neugierigere und auch aufgeschlossenere der beiden, aber Schnuffel orientiert sich auch sehr stark an ihr, sodass wir uns vorstellen können, dass die beiden mit viel Ruhe schon recht zugänglich werden könnten. Das Alter der beiden ist nur geschätzt, da sie ursprünglich einmal gefunden wurden kann man es nur eingrenzen, sie könnten auch noch etwas älter sein. Die beiden wünschen sich in ihrem neuen Zuhause viel Platz zum Hakenschlagen und ausreichend Versteckmöglichkeiten in einem großen Gehege oder einem Kaninchenzimmer.
