Fleur, a mixed-breed girl, is looking for her place to be happy. Fleur and her siblings were abandoned by our Bulgarian animal welfare colleagues in the forest. They were lucky to be found and are now safe. However, Fleur's story should not continue in the shelter. Starting in October, she will have the chance to find her own home or a loving foster home. Fleur is a lively, curious, and affectionate dog girl. She wants to know what there is to discover outside the shelter, greets people kindly, and gets along well with other dogs. What Fleur needs now are people who give her the time to become a confident and happy dog. Because until then, there is still a lot to learn: house training, relaxed alone time, car rides, and all the many new stimuli that come with life in a family. A puppy doesn't learn according to a timetable. Sometimes it makes huge strides forward, and sometimes you have to start over. That's exactly why we're looking for people who remain patient, convey security, and can laugh at the occasional little puppy chaos. Fleur doesn't just want a bed - she wants a permanent place in her humans' hearts. She wants to grow with them, get to know the world, be engaged in an age-appropriate way, and learn step by step what it means to be a beloved family member. And after exciting discovery tours, of course, the most important thing is still to come: a cozy place, loving hands, and lots of cuddle time. Who will give Fleur her place to be happy and accompany her on her journey? Adopting a shelter dog always means taking on a special responsibility and can also become a challenge. The dogs bring a backpack with past experiences or unlearned situations and need time to adjust to their new life. Mischlingsmädchen Fleur sucht ihren Platz zum Glücklichsein Fleur und ihre Geschwister wurden von unseren bulgarischen Tierschutzkolleg:innen verlassen im Wald entdeckt. Sie hatten Glück, dass sie gefunden wurden und nun sicher sind. Doch Fleurs Geschichte soll nicht im Shelter weitergehen. Ab Oktober darf sie ihre Chance auf ein eigenes Zuhause oder eine liebevolle Pflegestelle bekommen. Fleur ist ein aufgewecktes, neugieriges und zutrauliches Hundemädchen. Sie möchte wissen, was es außerhalb des Shelters zu entdecken gibt, begegnet Menschen freundlich und kommt auch mit anderen Hunden gut zurecht. Was Fleur jetzt braucht, sind Menschen, die ihr die Zeit geben, aus dem kleinen Hundekind eine selbstbewusste und glückliche Hündin werden zu lassen. Denn bis dahin gibt es noch einiges zu lernen: Stubenreinheit, das entspannte Alleinbleiben, Autofahrten und all die vielen neuen Reize, die das Leben in einer Familie mit sich bringt. Ein Welpe lernt nicht nach Stundenplan. Mal geht es riesige Schritte voran und manchmal muss man etwas wieder von vorne üben. Genau deshalb suchen wir Menschen, die geduldig bleiben, Sicherheit vermitteln und auch über das eine oder andere kleine Welpenchaos lachen können. Fleur möchte nicht nur ein Körbchen bekommen – sie möchte einen festen Platz im Herzen ihrer Menschen. Sie möchte gemeinsam mit ihnen wachsen, die Welt kennenlernen, altersgerecht beschäftigt werden und Schritt für Schritt lernen, was es bedeutet, ein geliebtes Familienmitglied zu sein. Und nach aufregenden Entdeckungstouren wartet natürlich noch das Wichtigste: ein gemütlicher Platz, liebevolle Hände und ganz viele Kuschelstunden.
