Meet Florence – a sweet, affectionate girl with a big heart and a resilient spirit – who was rescued and now needs a home. Florence is a true social butterfly, you wouldn’t think she was a rescue dog, resembles more like a pedigree dog. She adores everyone she meets and gets along famously with cats, children, and dogs of all shapes and sizes! Whether it’s enjoying a breezy neighborhood walk, showing off her lovely playful side, or soaking up all the tummy rubs and attention she can get, Florence is happiest when she’s right by your side. Sadly, life hasn’t always been kind to her. Florence was found abandoned in Portugal with a severe neck injury, requiring urgent veterinary care and plenty of rest to recover. Her tests also show she has raised litters in the past. While we may never know the full story of her previous life, we are determined to make sure her next chapter is filled with joy, comfort, and unconditional love. Now, Florence is ready for a fresh start. She is looking for a warm, secure home where she can settle into family life and receive all the care and affection she so richly deserves. Adoption Requirement: Applicants must live within a 60-minute drive of Fleet, Hampshire, enabling us to provide our lifetime support for Florence and her new family. Florence comes fully prepared for her bright new future. She will arrive fully vaccinated and backed by comprehensive health checks, including: Most of our dogs have been found abandoned as young pups, discarded as unwanted litters, as is often the case in Portugal where neutering is not as common as in the UK. After rescue, all of our pups spend time in private shelters and foster homes, meaning they arrive happy, healthy and well socialised. UK Registered Charity Number 1183775
