Strength, uncertainty and a heart that wants to learn. Frenky is an impressive two-year-old Rottweiler male dog. A dog with strength, energy and enormous loyalty, but also with uncertainty that he has never fully understood. He came to us because the home situation was no longer sustainable. Sometimes letting go, however sad, is the best choice for both dog and owner. Who is Frenky? A dog that makes an impression. Frenky stands firmly in the world and looks for someone who does too. For the right person, he is not a challenge, but a companion. 💚 Frenky is not an easy first dog. He is sensitive, watchful and needs clear guidance. New people find him exciting. He needs time to let someone into his circle. But once he trusts you? Then he greets you with a body that almost bursts with enthusiasm. Then you suddenly don't see an impressive Rottweiler, but a teenager who loves to play, test and sometimes has bananas in his ears. A ball? That's his big love. When he can play, he forgets the world. Walking with Frenky. He likes to walk, provided the environment is calm. A quiet edge of the city? Perfect. A busy park or full residential area? Too many stimuli. Calm and clarity help him relax. Pheasants, on the other hand... they are more interesting than you. Training and guidance. At his previous owner, Frenky got to know a muzzle. We actively continue training here, so he can walk relaxed and safely. He now wears it without any problem. Frenky is also a real training dog. He loves food and works well together, as structure and clarity give him peace. In March of last year, he was chemically neutered due to hormonal unrest. We notice that since then he has had more focus during training and can be more relaxed. What does Frenky need? Frenky is looking for: An experienced Rottweiler expert Someone who stands firmly on their feet Calm and predictability A house with a garden (preferably large) An environment with few stimuli He might be able to live with a stable, large female dog. In a previous meeting, he showed that he can approach this nicely and carefully, although he also found it exciting. Why is he waiting longer? Frenky is not a dog you "just" take with you. Training en begeleidingBij zijn vorige eigenaar heeft Frenky kennisgemaakt met een muilkorf.Wij trainen hier actief verder op, zodat hij ontspannen en veilig kan wandelen.Hij draagt hem inmiddels zonder probleem.Frenky is bovendien een echte trainingshond.Hij is gek op eten en werkt graag samen, structuur en duidelijkheid geven hem rust.Afgelopen maart is hij chemisch gecastreerd vanwege hormonale onrust. We merken dat hij sindsdien meer focus heeft tijdens training en iets meer ontspanning kan vinden.
