Fundkatzen Eve & Lilith

Mixed Breed · Female · Puppy

Fundkatzen Eve & Lilith EKH, female/neutered, born unknown, found as Hallo Mensch, we are Eve and Lilith, two female cats who have preferred to stay in the background of our lives so far. We like each other very much – we give each other courage when the world outside seems a bit too big sometimes. Humans? Well, you are currently the ones who fill our bowls for us. And that is completely fine for us. Closeness, petting, or even cuddling – we are (still) not ready for that. Maybe that will come someday, maybe it won't. We just need time. Lots of time. What we wish for is a home where we can simply be cats without expectations or pressure. A place where it is understood that trust cannot be forced. Of course, we would prefer to stay together. We are a well-matched duo. But if it's the perfect chance for one of us – then we would also be happy to move out separately. We are realistic about that. Both of us have raised kittens and get along wonderfully with them. That's why we believe we would also get along well with other cats. We can even appreciate the quiet together. And you know what? We would even be content if we were allowed to live outside. Maybe in a secured barn, on a riding farm, or a farm where two shy mouse catchers are welcome. As long as we can arrive in peace and someone thinks of us when the bowl is empty, that would be exactly right for us. If you are looking for two gentle, quiet souls who can simply be themselves – then please fill out the Cat Inquiry Form. Please enable JavaScript in your browser to complete this form.

Viel Zeit. Was wir uns wünschen? Und weißt du was?

About Fundkatzen Eve & Lilith

What life with Fundkatzen Eve & Lilith looks like

Fundkatzen Eve & Lilith is a medium-sized puppy/kitten mixed breed dog waiting at Tierheim Lauterbach in Germany.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. The first six months are the formative window — house-training, leash work, and quiet exposure to traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar people happen now or not at all. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.

🇩🇪Adopting from Germany

German rescues typically require an in-person home visit (Vorkontrolle) or detailed video home check before approving adoption. Animals leave the shelter sterilized, microchipped, and with a valid EU pet passport. Adoption fees usually fall between €250 and €450, covering veterinary preparation.

Frequently asked

Adopting Fundkatzen Eve & Lilith, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Fundkatzen Eve & Lilith?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Tierheim Lauterbach handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Fundkatzen Eve & Lilith on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Fundkatzen Eve & Lilith if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Tierheim Lauterbach will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Fundkatzen Eve & Lilith already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Fundkatzen Eve & Lilith isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Tierheim Lauterbach early rather than rehoming privately; they know Fundkatzen Eve & Lilith and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
