Fuzzy is a loving Maine Coon mix with a strong need for closeness and affection. At the same time, he is a sensitive cat who also needs his space. If a situation becomes too much for him or he feels unsure, he may growl and retreat. This should not be taken as rejection - with calm reassurance and some time, Fuzzy usually relaxes quickly. We are looking for a quiet home for Fuzzy in an apartment where he can get both his cuddles and enough space to retreat. A secure balcony is particularly important for him, as he enjoys spending time there, lying comfortably in the sun and watching his surroundings. Fuzzy can either move in as a single cat with people who have plenty of time for him and can provide him with enough company and activity, or with a quiet cat of a similar age. With a slow and well-supported introduction, we imagine Fuzzy could benefit from a suitable companion. A quiet cat partner could give him security and help him better navigate his environment. Children from about 12 years old are generally suitable for Fuzzy, provided they already understand how to read a cat's body language and respect its boundaries. Fuzzy ist ein liebevoller Maine-Coon-Mix mit einem großen Bedürfnis nach Nähe und Zuwendung. Gleichzeitig ist er ein sensibler Kater, der zwischendurch auch seinen Freiraum braucht. Wenn ihm eine Situation zu viel wird oder er sich verunsichert fühlt, kann es vorkommen, dass er faucht und sich zurückzieht. Das sollte jedoch nicht als Ablehnung verstanden werden – mit ruhiger Ansprache und etwas Zeit entspannt sich Fuzzy meist schnell wieder. Für Fuzzy wünschen wir uns ein ruhiges Zuhause in Wohnungshaltung, in dem er sowohl seine Kuscheleinheiten als auch ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten bekommt. Ein gesicherter Balkon ist für ihn besonders wichtig , denn dort verbringt er gerne viel Zeit, liegt gemütlich in der Sonne und beobachtet aufmerksam, was in seiner Umgebung passiert. Fuzzy kann entweder als Einzelkater zu Menschen ziehen, die viel Zeit für ihn haben und ihm ausreichend Gesellschaft und Beschäftigung bieten, oder zu einem ruhigen Kater im ähnlichen Alter. Mit einer langsamen und gut begleiteten Zusammenführung können wir uns vorstellen, dass Fuzzy von einem passenden Artgenossen profitieren könnte.
