Gandalf is a social, friendly, and compatible tomcat who greatly enjoys the company of other cats. He meets strangers with a bit of shyness and reserve at first. Therefore, he needs some time to get used to his surroundings and build trust. Once he feels secure, he shows himself to be a loving and pleasant roommate. Despite his Scottish Fold heritage, Gandalf is healthy and shows no health issues commonly associated with Scottish Folds. He is active, full of energy, and thoroughly enjoys his life. For his new home, we wish for a secure balcony or a fenced garden, so he can safely enjoy fresh air and sunshine. Additionally, there should already be a social cat present, or a compatible feline friendship should develop with him, as feline company is very important to him. A household with small children is not suitable for Gandalf, as he prefers a quiet environment and needs time to adjust to new situations. Fremden Menschen begegnet er zunächst etwas schüchtern und zurückhaltend. Er braucht daher etwas Zeit, um sich einzugewöhnen und Vertrauen aufzubauen. Hat er sich erst einmal sicher gefühlt, zeigt er sich als liebevoller und angenehmer Mitbewohner.Trotz seiner Rassezugehörigkeit ist Gandalf gesund und zeigt keinerlei gesundheitliche Probleme, die häufig mit Scottish Folds in Verbindung gebracht werden.
