Adopt Me ❤️ Hello, little kitty friends! 🐾 As you can see, I'm a beautiful ginger male cat named Gerry. 🧡 I'm about 2 years old and I'm ready to go home – to my own family. I came to the shelter with my sister, but she's already settled into her new home. Life hasn't been easy for me. When I first arrived at the shelter, I was very scared. Everything here was new to me, and at first, it was quite a struggle. Over time, I got used to it, but one day I started feeling very bad. I didn't know why. My human friends at the shelter immediately knew something was wrong and took me to the vet. There, it was confirmed that I have FIP. 😔 I turned yellow very quickly – even though my coloring wasn't very noticeable. One amazing volunteer took me in right away and started treating me. But let me tell you… I and the medicine aren't the best of friends! 😼 I was tired of fighting. In the end, however, they tricked me and started hiding my medicine in my food. And as a proper little glutton, I healed beautifully and even had a full belly. 😜 FIP has been under control for several months now, and I'm fully cured. 🥳 Despite that, I'm a little sad. I miss human touch. When visitors come, I hide because I don't recognize them. But when I see my humans, I immediately welcome them and snuggle up to them. Every touch is something special for me. But when I see that they don't have time for me, I quietly go to my corner and lie down. 🥺 I love humans, but I need to get to know them first and make sure they can be trusted. Because of this, I'm not very active. In foster care, however, I was a full-of-energy little mača. ⚡ I love cats, but I don't like very dominant ones that hurt me – then I'm more withdrawn. I'm fully vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered. ✔️ I'm only looking for a home where I'll be safe. 🏡 If you're looking for a good kitty companion and someone who will make you smile, give me a call or write. Adoptuj ma ❤️ Ahojte mačací kamoši! 🐾 Ako už vidíte, som krásny ryšavý kocúrik menom Gerry. 🧡 Mám okolo 2 rokov a už aj ja by som rád išiel domov – do svojej vlastnej rodiny. Do útulku som prišiel s bračekom, ale ten si už užíva svoj nový domov. Ja som to v živote nemal také ľahké. Keď som prišiel do útulku, veľmi som sa bál. Všetko tu pre mňa bolo nové a spočiatku som to zvládal dosť ťažko. Časom som si ako-tak zvykol, až prišiel deň, keď som sa začal cítiť veľmi zle. Nevedel som prečo. Moji ľudskí kamoši hneď vedeli, že niečo nie je v poriadku, a tak so mnou utekali na veterinu. Tam sa potvrdilo, že mám FIP. 😔 Z dňa na deň som zožltol – aj keď pri mojom sfarbení to nebolo tak veľmi vidieť. Jedna úžasná dobrovoľníčka si ma okamžite zobrala domov a začala ma liečiť. No poviem vám… ja a lieky nie sme veľmi kamoši! 😼 Dosť som bojoval. Nakoniec ma však prefíkane oklamala a začala mi lieky schovávať do jedla. A ja ako správny hladoš som sa krásne liečil a ešte som mal aj plné bruško. 😜 FIP je už niekoľko mesiacov pod kontrolou a ja som plne vyliečený. 🥳 Napriek tomu som trochu smutný. Chýba mi ľudský dotyk. Keď príde návšteva, schovám sa, lebo ich nepoznám. Ale keď vidím svojich ľudí, hneď ich vítam a veľmi sa túlim. Každý dotyk je pre mňa niečo úžasné. Keď však vidím, že na mňa nemajú čas, potichu odídem do rožku a ľahnem si. 🥺 Ľudí milujem, len ich potrebujem najskôr spoznať a zistiť, že im môžem veriť. Tým, že som teraz taký smutný, nie som veľmi aktívny. V dočaske som pritom bol úžasné mača plné energie. ⚡ Milujem mačky, ale nemám rád veľmi dominantné, ktoré mi ubližujú – vtedy som skôr utiahnutý. Som plne očkovaný, čipovaný a kastrovaný. ✔️ Domov hľadám iba v interiéri, kde to bude pre mňa bezpečné. 🏡 Ak hľadáš dobráka od kosti a niekoho, kto ti vyčarí úsmev na tvári, zavolaj alebo napíš.
