Gesine, a small wobbly cat with congenital cerebellar ataxia, is available for adoption. She was born on 05.05.2026 and is an EKH breed. She is a female with a tiger pattern with white. She is compatible with other cats. She has a wobbly and wide gait due to her condition. She also had difficulty eating on her own at first. Until the age of 10 weeks, Gesine was bottle-fed or allowed to drink from her adoptive mother as she could not eat solid food. She now eats well and uses the litter box. Our kittens must be spayed or neutered at 6 months of age. This must be proven to the association with a spay/neuter certificate. We are looking for a quiet, cat-experienced home, preferably with ataxia experience, who are willing to give the lively, playful Gesine a home in a house with a cat. Auch beim allein fressen gab es Startschwierigkeiten. Bis zum Alter von 10 Wochen bekam Gesine die Flasche bzw. durfte bei der Adoptivmutter trinken, da sie keine feste Nahrung zu sich nehmen konnte. Inzwischen klappt das prima, sie frisst gerne und gut und geht brav aufs Katzenklo. Unsere Katzenkinder müssen mit dem 6. Lebensmonat kastriert werden. Dies ist dem Verein durch eine Kastrationsbescheinigung nachzuweisen. Wunschzuhause: wir suchen ruhige, katzenerfahrene Menschen, am liebsten mit Ataxieerfahrung, die bereit sind, der lebenslustigen, verspielten Gesine ein Zuhause in Wohnungshaltung zu geben.
