At first, he needs a moment to build trust—but once he realizes he’s safe, he blossoms and reveals his tender, affectionate side. He’ll nudge his head under your arm and gratefully enjoy every touch. The first days at the animal shelter were tough for him; all the new impressions and loud dogs made him uneasy. However, with love, patience, and structure, he has learned to relax and trust his trusted people. Today, he meets unfamiliar dogs much more calmly and looks to humans for security.
