Strengths: Affectionate and intense: when Giungla chooses a person, she bonds deeply. She seeks contact, loves cuddles, and can turn into a true couch potato. Playful and full of life: she adores running, wrestling, playing with toys, and savoring specially delectable treats. She has made enormous progress: when she returned to the dog shelter after an adoption failure, she was a completely closed-off small female dog, blocked, and drained. Thanks to the work of the animal shelter educators, she has regained trust, energy, and a desire to live. Today, she runs, plays, takes the initiative, and approaches the world with a completely different spirit. She loves to collaborate with the people she trusts: once a relationship is built, she is an engaging, intelligent companion eager to share experiences. She has also learned a lot about walks: the educational journey has allowed her to acquire greater skills and security compared to the past. Weaknesses: She doesn't trust strangers right away: Giungla needs time to get to know people and understand that she can lower her defenses. She carries the scars of the past: she was abandoned after being adopted as a puppy, and her return to the dog shelter clearly showed how intimidated she was by requests and human contact. New experiences can put her in a difficult position: what she doesn't know intimidates her and must be faced gradually and with respect. She uses her body and mouth a lot to communicate: when she is uncomfortable or feels that her signals are not being heard, she may use her mouth to block or distance the person. For this reason, it is important to read and respect her language. If she is scared, she can be reactive. Possessive about resources: in the past, she has shown difficulties in managing food and her bowl, an aspect on which significant educational work has been done, but which still requires awareness from the family. Not compatible in a household with small children. The ideal family: For Giungla, we are looking for a family with home and garden experience, who will dedicate a lot of time to her and make her feel truly loved and protected throughout her life.

Punti di Forza: Affettuosa e intensa: quando sceglie una persona, Giungla si lega profondamente. Cerca il contatto, ama le coccole e può trasformarsi in una vera e propria cozza da divano. Giocosa e piena di vita: adora correre, fare la lotta, giocare con i pupazzi e gustarsi masticativi e premietti particolarmente prelibati. Ha fatto enormi progressi: quando è rientrata in canile dopo un'adozione fallita era una cagnolina completamente chiusa, bloccata e spenta. Grazie al lavoro degli educatori del Rifugio ha ritrovato fiducia, energia e voglia di vivere. Oggi corre, gioca, prende iniziative e affronta il mondo con uno spirito completamente diverso. Ama collaborare con le persone di cui si fida: una volta costruita la relazione, è una compagna coinvolgente, intelligente e desiderosa di condividere esperienze. Ha imparato molto anche sul fronte passeggiate: il percorso educativo le ha permesso di acquisire maggiori competenze e sicurezza rispetto al passato. Punti di Debolezza: Non si fida subito degli sconosciuti: Giungla ha bisogno di tempo per conoscere le persone e capire che può abbassare le difese. Porta con sé le ferite del passato: è stata abbandonata dopo essere stata adottata da cucciola e il suo rientro in canile ha mostrato chiaramente quanto fosse intimorita dalle richieste e dal contatto umano. Le nuove esperienze possono metterla in difficoltà: ciò che non conosce la intimorisce e va affrontato con gradualità e rispetto. Usa molto il corpo e la bocca per comunicare: quando è a disagio o sente che i suoi segnali non vengono ascoltati può arrivare a utilizzare la bocca per bloccare o allontanare la persona. Per questo è importante saper leggere e rispettare il suo linguaggio. Se si spaventa può essere reattiva Possessività sulle risorse: in passato ha mostrato difficoltà nella gestione del cibo e della ciotola, aspetto sul quale è stato svolto un importante lavoro educativo e che richiede comunque consapevolezza da parte della famiglia. Non compatibile in contesto con bambini piccoli. La famiglia ideale: Per Giungla cerchiamo una famiglia con esperienza in casa con giardino, che le dedichi molto tempo e che la faccia sentire veramente amata e protetta per tutta la sua vita.
