Date of birth: 5. 8. 2016 Weight: Weighs about 35 kg and has characteristics of an American Staffordshire Terrier. Description: Goldi is friendly towards people, even strangers, but can be too excited when meeting new people. This is especially noticeable when meeting men, as he may start to jump on them, even biting. However, he has not shown any aggression. On a leash, he tends to pull. He stubbornly insists on continuing the walk in the direction he has in mind. He does not tolerate dogs that show even the slightest aggression. He loves toys and likes to have them all for himself. With some persuasion, he can exchange them for something better or another toy. Since being in the animal shelter, he has destroyed a lot. :) Goldi has problems with his joints, which is evident from his limping. Goldi is physically very strong. Therefore, he is being rehomed to a home where he will be the only pet and to a handler who is able to handle him. Goldi has been waiting for his new handler since February 22, 2023.

Datum rojstva: 5. 8. 2016 Teža: Tehta dobrih 35 kg in ima pasemske značilnosti ameriškega staffordshirskega terierja. Opis : Goldi je prijazen do ljudi, tudi do tujcev, lahko pa je preveč vznemirjen ob spoznavanju. To je sploh opazno pri spoznavanju moških, saj jih lahko začne naskakovati, tudi ščipati. Pri tem sicer ni pokazal agresije. Na povodcu zna vleči. Zna trmasto vztrajati, da želi sprehod nadaljevati v smeri, ki si jo je on zamislil. Ne tolerira pa psov, ki pokažejo kanček agresije. Obožuje igrače, ki jih ima najraje samo zase. Z nekaj prepričevanja jih zamenja za priboljšek oz. za drugo igračo. Odkar je v zavetišču, jih je uničil že ogromno. :) Goldi ima težave s sklepi, kar se pokaže s šepanjem. Goldi je fizično zelo močan. Zato se oddaja v dom, kjer bo edina žival in vodniku, ki ga bo sposoben voditi. Goldi na svojega novega vodnika čaka že od 22. februarja 2023.
