Gucio is approximately 6 years old and of medium size (weighing 13.5 kg). When he arrived at the shelter, he completely distrusted humans. Life behind bars was a huge stress for him, and it was hard to establish contact. Today, he is a completely different dog! He is very happy to see people he knows and enjoys going for walks with them. He is a sensitive dog who likes to come for pets, but everything in moderation. When he doesn't feel like being petted, he shows it very nicely, and people should respect that. At home, he will need space and time to acclimate. Gutek came to us with extreme obesity, his small paws could barely lift him. He is now half as thin and, despite being in a shelter, can finally enjoy walks and playing in the yard. We observe him changing every day. He has taken to toys and sometimes discovers a puppy in himself! He is still a young dog, and excess weight has taken a big part of his life. We are looking for a quiet home without children, for someone who will learn to read him, not impose on him, respect his boundaries, and help him build confidence. Gucio to około 6-letni pies średniej wielkości (waży 13.5 kg). Po przyjściu do schroniska zupełnie nie ufał człowiekowi. Pobyt za kratami był dla niego ogromnym stresem, ciężko było z nim nawiązać kontakt. Dzisiaj jest już dużo lepiej - Gucio to zupełnie inny pies! Bardzo cieszy się na widok osób, które zna, chętnie wychodzi z nimi spacerki. Jest psem wrażliwym, lubi przyjść na głaski ale wszystko w granicach rozsądku. Kiedy mija mu ochota na głaskanie, bardzo ładnie to pokazuje, a człowiek powinien to uszanować. W domu będzie potrzebował przestrzeni i czasu na aklimatyzację. Gutek trafił do nas ze skrajną otyłością, jego drobne łapki ledwie go unosiły. Obecnie jest już połowę chudszy i pomimo że przebywa w schronisku, to wreszcie może czerpać radość ze spacerów czy zabawy na wybiegu. Codziennie obserwujemy jak się zmienia. Polubił zabawki i momentami odkrywa w sobie szczeniaka! To wciąż młody pies, któremu przez nadmiar kilogramów zabrano dużą część życia. Szukamy dla niego spokojnego domu bez dzieci, u osoby, która nauczy się go czytać, nie będzie mu się narzucać, uszanuje jego granice i pomoże mu budować pewność siebie.
