Hanako is a beautiful tricolor kitten who arrived at the shelter together with the cat Manami (400/26). At first contact, she tends to be cautious and needs a moment to get comfortable around a new person. However, once she feels safe, she quickly reveals her gentle and warm nature. She eagerly seeks human interaction, purrs contentedly, and thoroughly enjoys being petted. This kitten also loves playing together with others. She particularly delights in chasing feathered fishing rods, which not only encourage her to stay active but also make it easier to build a strong bond with her. Currently, Hanako is staying at the cat hospital, where she’s under veterinary care and undergoing a full diagnostic workup. She’s currently stabilizing her gastrointestinal condition related to IBD, and she’s also been diagnosed with early-stage chronic kidney failure. Treatment for hypertension is also being administered, and her health status is closely monitored on an ongoing basis. We’re looking for a responsible and loving home for Hanako—one that can provide her with peace, attentive care, and continued medical treatment as prescribed. We believe that with the right caregivers, this little cat will be able to enjoy a safe and happy life.
