Adopt Happy

Mixed Breed · Male · Puppy

HappyBirthday: January 15, 2026. Gender: male. Breed: mixed breed. Weight: 9 kg. neutered: no. Little Happy is a small clown with a big heart, looking for a cozy bed. Happy lives up to his name. With his cheerful expression, his fluffy black-and-white fur, and the special black spots around his eyes, the little puppy immediately catches the eye. The small brown markings above his eyes add an extra special charm and make him unmistakable. Little Happy was born on January 15, 2026, in Greece. Originally, he lived together with Mama Maloo's puppies in an animal hoarding household with too many animals and difficult conditions. Fortunately, Happy and the other dogs were rescued from this situation and now live in safety in a loving foster home. Happy is attentive, curious, and full of personality. He loves to be right in the middle of the action and always brings a charming mood with his charming nature. At the same time, he brings a open and playful nature with him, exploring his surroundings bravely and with interest. Like every puppy, of course, Happy is still at the very beginning of his life. Walks, everyday noises, life in a home, and the little puppy's ABC must still be learned. That's why we wish for him loving people with patience, time, and heart who enjoy growing with a young puppy and showing him the world. Happy shows social and compatible behavior with other dogs. He could therefore easily move into an existing pack as a second dog. As Happy is likely to grow to a medium to large size and enjoy movement and mental stimulation, we wish for him a home with a garden or access to nature where he can explore the world together with his people. Happy is vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, has his blue EU pet passport, and his luggage for the trip to Germany is already packed. If Happy brings you just as much joy as it does us and you can imagine giving this special little puppy a loving home, we look forward to your message. We will be happy to send you a Self-Information Form and answer all questions about Happy and the adoption. As our well-being is very close to our hearts, we place our fosterlings with potential. Perhaps Happy is exactly the little heart-warming puppy who will bring a little more joy, life, and smiles to your home every day. HappyGeburtsdatum: 15.01.2026. Geschlecht: männlich. Rasse: Mischling. Gewicht: 9 kg.

About Happy

What life with Happy looks like

Happy is a small puppy/kitten mixed breed dog waiting at Hundesuche Tiere in Not Bayern in Germany.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. The first six months are the formative window — house-training, leash work, and quiet exposure to traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar people happen now or not at all. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.

🇩🇪Adopting from Germany

German rescues typically require an in-person home visit (Vorkontrolle) or detailed video home check before approving adoption. Animals leave the shelter sterilized, microchipped, and with a valid EU pet passport. Adoption fees usually fall between €250 and €450, covering veterinary preparation.

Frequently asked

Adopting Happy, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Happy?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Hundesuche Tiere in Not Bayern handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Happy on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Happy if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Hundesuche Tiere in Not Bayern will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Happy already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Happy isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Hundesuche Tiere in Not Bayern early rather than rehoming privately; they know Happy and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
