Heniek is a 10-year-old senior who came to live in the shelter's kennel in his old age. Don't be fooled by the measurements, because in person he is a strong, energetic gentleman who runs ahead during walks. He is friendly and gentle with caregivers and volunteers he knows, but approaches new people with a senior's distance :). On walks he loves sniffing and exploring new places, the person just accompanies him and it's best if they don't interfere with his exploration :p. He also wouldn't refuse a dose of pets. He is curious about other dogs, but we are still observing what goes on in his heart, because he can be attracted to them and won't stay behind once approached. What kind of home are we looking for for Henio? First of all, responsible and loving, who will surround him with the proper care in his old age and give him a safe shelter forever. Someone aware of what caring for an older dog involves. Currently without any dog or cat siblings.

Heniek to 10-letni senior, któremu przyszło na stare lata zamieszkać w schroniskowym boksie. Niech was nie zmyli metryka, bo na żywo to silny, energiczny pan, który na spacerze gna przed siebie. Jest przyjazny i łagodny wobec opiekunów i wolontariuszy, których poznał, do nowych ludzi podchodzi z seniorskim dystansem :). Na spacerze uwielbia węszenie i poznawanie nowych miejsc, człowiek mu tylko towarzyszy i najlepiej jakby mu nie przeszkadzał w eksplorowaniu nowych miejsc :p. Nie odmówi też porcji glasków. W stosunku do innych psów jest ciekawski, ale jeszcze obserwujemy co mu w duszy gra, bo potrafi do nich pociągnąć a zaczepiony nie pozostaje dłużny. Jakiego domu poszukujemy dla Henia? Przede wszystkim odpowiedzialnego i kochającego, który otoczy go należną troską na stare lata i da mu bezpieczne schronienie już na zawsze. Świadomego tego, z czym wiąże się opieka nad starszym psem. Na ten moment bez psiego czy kociego rodzeństwa.
