Honkey – the Charmer with Heart and Character Our Honkey is a true character – proud, self-assured, and with a unique way that you simply must love. For many years, the stately, approximately 10-year-old tomcat is a regular member of the H10 Playa Esmeralda cat crew and is something of a second boss there. His trademark? An unshakeable curiosity and a fondness for running water – he just can't resist it. Honkey keeps an eye on everything around his food house: he controls, observes, and makes sure everything is in order. Toward humans, he is always friendly and enjoys attention. With his feline companions, he usually gets along well, but if someone tries to steal his show, there can be occasional tomcat discussions. After all, Honkey likes to be at the center of attention. Like many of our sheltered charges, Honkey was also once abandoned, even though he is a pedigreed cat. Today, he has finally found a safe place around the H10 Hotel – also thanks to the loving care provided by our cat advocate Sabine Rösch. To ensure Honkey is well cared for in the future – with food, medical care, and everything he needs – we are looking for loving people who would like to take on a sponsorship for him.

Honkey – Charmeur mit Herz und Charakter Unser Honkey ist ein echter Charakterkopf – stolz, selbstbewusst und mit einer ganz eigenen Art, die man einfach lieben muss. Ich Seit vielen Jahren gehört der stattliche, etwa 10-jährige Kater fest zur H10 Playa Esmeralda Katzentruppe und ist dort so etwas wie der zweite Chef. Sein Markenzeichen? Eine unerschütterliche Neugier und seine Vorliebe für fließendes Wasser – daran kann er einfach nicht vorbeigehen. Rund um sein Futterhaus hat Honkey alles im Blick: Er kontrolliert, beobachtet und sorgt dafür, dass alles seine Ordnung hat. Menschen gegenüber ist er stets freundlich und genießt die Aufmerksamkeit Mit seinen Artgenossen versteht er sich meist gut, doch wenn ihm jemand die Show stehlen will, kann es schon mal zu kleinen Katerdiskussionen kommen. Schließlich steht Honkey Tonk gern im Mittelpunkt. Wie so viele unserer Schützlinge wurde auch er einst ausgesetzt, obwohl er eine Rassekatze ist. Heute hat er endlich seinen sicheren Platz rund um das H10 Hotel gefunden – auch dank der liebevollen Betreuung durch unsere Katzenbeauftragte Sabine Rösch. Damit Honkey auch in Zukunft gut versorgt bleibt – mit Futter, medizinischer Betreuung und allem, was er braucht – suchen wir liebe Menschen, die eine Patenschaft für ihn übernehmen möchten.
