Little Hubert was found in the garden of our Kralupy shelter. The little fellow had a scraped muzzle and a mild viral infection. The vet examined him, administered antibiotics, and now, fortunately, the kitten is doing just fine. When the time comes, Hubert will start looking for a suitable home. June 22, 2026 – Hubert has received his first vaccination and is now searching for a new home. He is suitable only for apartment living. Given that he’s still quite energetic, a furry companion would be a great fit in his new home. If you choose a cat from us, we’ll ask you to make a donation toward veterinary care; this donation will go directly toward covering veterinary expenses. We’re a small non-profit organization, and all costs associated with cat care (veterinary fees, food, litter, medications, transportation) are covered by our own funds, profits from our charity shop, and donations. The costs of cat care are not negligible: a single-vaccinated kitten costs around 1,200 CZK in veterinary terms (vaccination, microchip, FIV/FELV tests, flea and worm treatments); a twice-vaccinated kitten already costs 1,600 CZK, and for a spayed/neutered, twice-vaccinated cat, the cost can exceed 2,000 CZK. When adopting a kitten, you’ll pay a contribution of at least 800 CZK; for a spayed/neutered cat, the contribution is 1,000 CZK. If the new owner can and wishes to contribute more, or bring the cats some treats, toys, or litter, we’d be delighted! Upon taking the cat home, you’ll also receive its vaccination record, and if the cat is microchipped, you’ll get the registration card for the chip as well. The donation made toward veterinary care is tax-deductible, and we’ll gladly provide you with a receipt.

Malý Hubert byl nalezen na zahradě našeho kralupského depozita. Prcek měl odřenou tlamičku a slabší virozu. Pan doktor ho prohlédl, píchl atb a teď už je kocourek naštěstí v pořádku. Až přijde čas, bude Hubert hledat vhodný domov. 22.6.2026 – Hubert má po prvním očkování a hledá nový domov. Vhodný pouze do bytu. Vzhledem k tomu, že je nevybouřený, byl by v novém domově vhodný nějaký zvířecí kámoš. Když si u nás vyberete kočku, požádáme vás o dar na veterinární péči, tento dar je využit na zaplacení veterinárních výdajů. Jsme malá nezisková organizace, veškeré výdaje spojené s péčí o kočky (veterina, krmivo, stelivo, léky, doprava) hradíme ze svých výplat, ze zisku charitativního krámku a darů. Náklady na péči o kočky nejsou zanedbatelné, jednou očkované kotě vyjde po veterinární stránce cca na 1200 Kč (vakcinace, čip, testy FIV/FELV, odblešení a odčervení), dvakrát očkované kotě už 1600 Kč a v případě kastrované a dvakrát očkované kočky se dostáváme k částce přes 2000 Kč. Při adopci kotěte zaplatíte příspěvek ve výši alespoň 800 Kč, u kastrované kočky 1000 Kč. Pokud nový majitel může a chce přispět více, nebo kočkám přinést něco na zub, hračku či stelivo, budeme rádi :) Při převzetí kočky dostanete i její očkovací průkaz a pokud je kočka čipovaná, tak i registrační kartu k čipu. Zaplacený dar na veterinární péči se dá odečíst z daní, potvrzení vám rádi vystavíme.
