Hundekind Lydia will endlich ankommen

Mixed Breed · Female · Puppy · 4 months

Ladies and gentlemen, please join me in welcoming a new member to our family: Lydia! This beautiful little girl was born around March 2026 and is expected to remain small. She has been vaccinated, chipped, and tested for Babesiose, Lyme disease, Ehrlichiosis, Anaplasmosis, Dirofilariasis, and Leishmaniasis before her departure. Lydia had a rough start in life when she was heartlessly abandoned in Romania along with her two siblings (sister Lorina, see www.sos-strassentiere.de). They found refuge under a car, even crawling deep into the engine compartment. Fortunately, their soft whimpers revealed their presence to one of our animal rescuers, who freed them from their perilous situation. Verloren and hungry, they arrived at their savior's home, where they were nursed back to health. They also met other dogs there, with whom they formed friendly bonds and demonstrated great social skills. Initially uncertain, Lydia gradually gained confidence and learned to trust her foster mother. However, she may still be somewhat hesitant around strangers in the beginning. Please give her the time she needs. The young Lydia will soon appreciate the beauty of having a loving and safe home with plenty of food. Of course, this beautiful girl still has much to learn about being a family dog. Therefore, attending puppy or dog school should be a must for her new family. We are looking for a loving, patient home with a garden for Lydia. A foster home is also welcome. Lydia is currently in Romania.

What life with Hundekind Lydia will endlich ankommen looks like

Hundekind Lydia will endlich ankommen is a small puppy/kitten mixed breed dog waiting at SOS-Strassentiere e.V. in Berlin-Köpenick.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.

Frequently asked

Adopting Hundekind Lydia will endlich ankommen, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Hundekind Lydia will endlich ankommen?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. SOS-Strassentiere e.V. handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Hundekind Lydia will endlich ankommen on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Hundekind Lydia will endlich ankommen if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — SOS-Strassentiere e.V. will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Hundekind Lydia will endlich ankommen already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Hundekind Lydia will endlich ankommen isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with SOS-Strassentiere e.V. early rather than rehoming privately; they know Hundekind Lydia will endlich ankommen and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
