Der sehr freundliche Hutch wird sofort neugierig auf Sie zu laufen und mit Ihnen kuscheln und schmusen wollen. Sehr interessiert, aber ruhig, tritt er aufgeschlossen allem Neuen gegenüber. Bei Erwachsenen, wie auch bei Kindern, zeigt sich Hutch stets von seiner besten Seite. Sie fahren zum Einkaufen in die Stadt? Hutch begleitet Sie im Auto vorbildlich entspannt und freut sich auf das, was ihn erwartet. Die mittelgroße Bracke läuft gut an der Leine. Autos und Radfahrern begegnet er problemlos souverän. Hundebegegnungen verlaufen ebenso absolut entspannt. Hutch will zu Artgenossen selten Kontakt aufnehmen und verhält sich zu anderen Vierbeinern eher gleichgültig.
