A big-hearted giant—just like him... but with an instruction manual! Jairo, a Maremmano mix, is a large-sized dog born in January 2021 and entered the shelter in October 2022. He has a personality that doesn't go unnoticed: curious, sociable, and always ready to make new friends, he’s not afraid of humans and loves being the center of attention. His exuberance can sometimes get out of hand! Without a clear and confident handler, he tends to take a bit too many liberties, turning into a ‘rude giant.’ Nothing irreparable, though—someone who knows how to balance love and authority is all it takes. If you’re ready to share your life with a big heart and a character just waiting to be patiently trained, get in touch with us: he’s a loyal friend who’s just waiting for you. He’s currently at a private, affiliated shelter in Basilicata, and we’ll place him either in Lazio or in northern Italy, following the necessary pre-adoption checks. Ha una personalità che non passa inosservata: curioso, socievole e sempre pronto a fare nuove amicizie, non teme l’umano e adora essere al centro dell’attenzione. La sua espansività può sfuggire di mano! Senza una guida chiara e sicura, tende a prendersi un po’ troppe libertà, trasformandosi in un ‘gigante maleducato’. Niente di irrecuperabile, eh, ma serve qualcuno che sappia bilanciare amore e autorevolezza.
