Denn am Tag, nachdem meine Geschwister in einem Karton am Feldrand gefunden wurden, kam jemand zurück an diesen einsamen Ort – und da war ich. Ganz allein. Vielleicht hatte ich mich versteckt. Vielleicht hatte ich einfach Pech. Aber auch ich wurde gerettet, bevor es zu spät war. Seitdem bin ich bei ihnen – bei meinen Geschwistern.
