Born: approx. 2021, in animal shelter since: May 20, 2026, male, neutered. Jaro was found in Landau and was in poor general condition. He was very thin, dirty, his coat was dull, and he had patches of hair loss in some areas. In addition, his ears were extremely dirty, and he was suffering from a runny nose accompanied by severe eye inflammation. Unfortunately, his blood test also revealed kidney insufficiency, which requires ongoing medication. At the cat house, Jaro actually feels quite comfortable, but he enjoys it even more when people are in the room with him. This sweet kitten is simply adorable. He’s very curious and extremely cuddly. Even when cleaning the litter box, he’s always eager to help out with lots of affectionate nuzzles—and sometimes he’ll even sit on our shoulder! He gets along well with the other cats too, though it’s largely a matter of personal chemistry. We’re looking for a new home for Jaro—one that allows him outdoor access at some point—and we’d love a family who’s aware of his medical condition and the associated veterinary costs. They should also enjoy lots of cuddling! Children are no problem for this lovely cat. Geboren: ca. 2021 im Tierheim seit: 20.05.2026 männlich , kastriert Jaro wurde in Landau gefunden und befand sich in einen schlechten Allgemeinzustand. Er war sehr dünn, schmutzig, sein Fell war stumpf und teilweise hatte er kahle Stellen. Zudem hatte er sehr schmutzige Ohren und auch ein Schnupfen mit einer massiven Augenentzündung machten ihn zu schaffen. Leider ergab seine Blutuntersuchung auch eine Niereninsuffizienz, die mit Medikamentengabe verbunden ist. Im Katzenhaus fühlt sich Jaro eigentlich ganz wohl, aber noch besser findet er es wenn Menschen mit im Zimmer sind. Der süße Kater ist einfach zum Verlieben. Er ist sehr neugierig und extrem verschmust. Auch beim Katzenklo säubern ist er immer tatkräftig am unterstützen mit Schmusen und es kann auch mal sein, das er auf unserer Schulter sitzt. Mit den anderen Katzen klappt es auch ganz gut und ist bei ihm Sympathiesache. Wir suchen für Jaro ein neues Zuhause mit späteren Freigang und lieben Menschen die sich seiner Krankeit und den damit verbunden Tierarztkosten bewusst sind. Zudem sollten sie es mögen viel beschmust zu werden.
