Jade ist eine schneeweiße bezaubernde Ziertaube, die als Fundtier zu uns kam. Da sie nicht besonders ängstlich war, ließ sie sich leicht einfangen, sonst wäre sie mit ihrer auffälligen Farbe womöglich einem Greifvogel in die Fänge geraten... Wenige Tage danach wurde wieder eine solche Taube (wir haben sie Jewel genannt gefunden, es liegt nahe, dass sie zusammen gehören. Jade und Jewel haben sich sofort gegenseitig in ihr Herz geschlossen, selbstverständlich werden wir sie nicht mehr trennen und nur gemeinsam in eine geräumige Voliere abgeben. Tauben der gleichen Art können natürlich gerne schon dort leben. Das Geschlecht der Tiere haben wir momentan allerdings noch nicht heraus gefunden.
