Jup, a sweet 10.5-year-old tomcat with a lot to say, is looking for a new home. Jup is a loving and charming cat who enjoys companionship. He's not shy about asking for attention, and he's quite vocal about it when he wants it, is hungry, or just thinks you should listen to him. He can tolerate other cats, but he doesn't necessarily need a feline friend. A home where he's the only cat and gets all the attention would be perfect for him. Since Jup is already a bit older, we've had a blood test done to be sure. Good news: his blood values are top-notch! We can see that Jup has been on the move for a while, as he came in a bit thin and weak. He needs to gain a few pounds and some strength. Until his new home arrives, he'll receive all the time and care he needs to recover. One thing is still missing: a warm home where he can spend his retirement years in comfort. Who has a soft spot for our talkative senior Jup?

Jup, ... 10,5 jaar jong en nog heel wat te vertellen... Maak kennis met Jup, een lieve kater die geschat wordt op ongeveer 10 jaar en 6 maanden. Jup is een echte aanhankelijke charmeur die graag gezelschap opzoekt. En stilletjes om aandacht vragen? Dat is niets voor hem. Jup is behoorlijk vocaal en laat maar al te graag van zich horen wanneer hij aandacht wil, honger heeft of gewoon vindt dat je even naar hem moet luisteren. Andere katten kan hij prima tolereren, maar hij heeft niet per se behoefte aan een kattenvriendje. Een thuis waar hij de enige kat is en alle aandacht voor zichzelf krijgt, zou voor hem dus zeker geen probleem zijn. Omdat Jup al wat ouder is, hebben we voor de zekerheid een bloedonderzoek laten uitvoeren. Goed nieuws: zijn bloedwaarden zijn tiptop in orde! Aan zijn huidige conditie merken we wel dat Jup vermoedelijk al een tijdje op de dool was. Hij kwam wat mager en verzwakt bij ons binnen en mag dus nog enkele kilootjes en wat kracht terugwinnen. Tot zijn nieuwe thuis zich aandient, krijgt hij bij ons alvast alle tijd en goede zorgen om verder aan te sterken. Nu ontbreekt er nog één ding: een warme thuis waar hij zijn pensioenjaren in alle comfort mag doorbrengen. Wie heeft een zacht plekje voor onze spraakzame senior Jup?
