Justus, Peter und Bob

Unknown

Our 3 small rodents came to us after being left in a severely neglected terrarium in an apartment. Unfortunately, it was not surprising that they had parasites after coming from such circumstances. Therefore, they first had to be quarantined and treated for parasites. Now they are free of parasites and ready for a new start. The 3 little mice are super curious. In their enclosure, they explore everything and are happy about new things to investigate and shred. Since the 3 are a well-coordinated team, they only want to move to their new home together. Just like their namesake, the 3 question marks, they are now looking for a new adventure and a new terrarium where you can discover and explore everything anew. The 3 bring a lot of good humor and you can watch them for hours. If the 3 have piqued your interest, please send us an email with pictures of the future living situation. General interest inquiry:

Frequently asked

Adopting Justus, Peter und Bob, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Justus, Peter und Bob?: Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Tierschutzverein Ettlingen handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Justus, Peter und Bob on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Justus, Peter und Bob if I live in another country?: Sometimes. Whether a animal can move between countries depends on the species and the rules in both countries, and some species need permits or have restrictions. Ask Tierschutzverein Ettlingen what paperwork and transport they require, and check the import rules of your country before you commit.
Is Justus, Peter und Bob already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?: What a animal comes with (vet checks, vaccinations, identification, paperwork) varies by shelter and species. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask Tierschutzverein Ettlingen directly what is included and what Justus, Peter und Bob still needs.
What happens if Justus, Peter und Bob isn't the right fit?: Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Tierschutzverein Ettlingen early rather than rehoming privately; they know Justus, Peter und Bob and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?: TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
