Kál család Karsa

Mixed Breed · Male · Adult · 7 years

Reached the shelter: April 10, 2020. The Kál family and their mother arrived from Kál settlement on January 22, 2019. They lived in an uninhabited house, rather in the garden, under terrible conditions. After requesting help, they were taken into care. The Kál family's puppies (3 female dogs, 2 males) are mixed breed dogs born around November 2018. We are looking for a loving, responsible owner for them, people who are aware of the difficulties involved in raising a shy dog. We will not give them for garden keeping only. They long for a home where they can live as full family members, whether it is sports, play, hiking, or evening TV watching, where they have daily activities and a permanent home for the rest of their lives. They are vaccinated, microchipped, and neutered, and can be adopted. Note that the dog is located at the NOÉ Animal Shelter's branch in Szerge. You can inquire about it at our address! About Kál család Karsa

What life with Kál család Karsa looks like

Kál család Karsa is a small adult mixed breed dog waiting at Noé Állatotthon in Budapest.

An adult dog fits most household rhythms once the first couple of weeks of adjustment pass. Two reasonable walks a day plus play time is usually enough. Plan a "decompression fortnight" — quiet routine, no visitors, no off-leash adventures — to let them settle.

Note from the shelter: Shy dog requiring patient, experienced owner who understands fearful dog rehabilitation

🇭🇺Adopting from Hungary

Hungarian shelters operate at high capacity given the country's stray population. Animals leave sterilized, chipped, and with a passport. Many shelters coordinate transport to Germany, Austria, and the Nordics.

Frequently asked

Adopting Kál család Karsa, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Kál család Karsa?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Noé Állatotthon handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Kál család Karsa on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Kál család Karsa if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Noé Állatotthon will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Kál család Karsa already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Kál család Karsa isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Noé Állatotthon early rather than rehoming privately; they know Kál család Karsa and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (HU). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
