Kalamari is a handsome male cat who was found and brought to our shelter. He was already spayed, but unfortunately not microchipped, which is required for outdoor cats since the Kassel Cat Protection Ordinance was introduced in 2019. This was immediately rectified, so there's nothing standing in the way of him moving into a new home. And, to be honest, Kalamari would rather leave the shelter today than tomorrow. Currently, he is still a bit shy and reserved in the cat room and tends to avoid conflicts with other cats. We are confident that he will develop into a loving and affectionate companion. Er war zwar bereits kastriert, aber leider nicht gechippt, so, wie es seit Einführung der Kasseler Katzenschutzverordnung im Jahr 2019 eigentlich Pflicht für Freigängerkatzen ist. Dies wurde natürlich umgehend nachgeholt, so dass einem Umzug in ein neues Zuhause-im-Glück eigentlich nichts entgegensteht. Und, ehrlich gesagt, würde Kalamari lieber heute als morgen seine Köfferlein packen und dem Tierheim den Rücken zukehren. Zur Zeit ist er noch eher schüchtern und zurückhaltend im Katzenzimmer und geht Streit mit Artgenossen eher aus dem Weg. Wir sind uns sicher, dass er sich zu einem anhänglichen und verschmusten Begleiter auf vier Samtpfoten entwickeln wird.
