Kamil is an extraordinary dog. He’s only 1.5 years old and looks like a miniature version of a Labrador 🥺 His beauty immediately catches the attention of visitors, but when they learn about his fears, they often lose interest. Kamil is an anxious dog. He came to us completely lacking trust in people—he was afraid of them, even terrified. Fortunately, he quickly started to open up. Although he still has a long way to go and isn’t yet ready for walks, he’s making clear progress. He’s starting to accept touch and increasingly seeks it out himself ❤️ When he gets scared, instead of running away as far as possible—as he used to—now he looks for support from his caregivers. Right now, we’re working intensively on getting him used to a leash and collar. These are completely new experiences for him, but each day he’s doing better and better 🫶 The most important thing is that Kamil is beginning to see humans not as a threat, but as a source of safety and security. We’re looking for a patient, mindful home for him—one that’s ready to put in the effort—and perhaps even with the support of a behaviorist. Kamil is developing at a rapid pace, and we’re doing everything we can to prepare him as best as possible for adoption. We highly recommend this chocolate-biscuit handsome fellow 🥰 All you need to do is love him ❤️

Kamil to pies niezwykły. Ma zaledwie 1,5 roku i wygląda jak miniaturowa wersja labradora 🥺 Swoją urodą przyciąga uwagę odwiedzających, ale kiedy dowiadują się o jego lękach, często tracą zainteresowanie. Kamil to pies lękowy. Trafił do nas bez zaufania do ludzi – bał się ich, wręcz panicznie. Na szczęście szybko zaczął się przełamywać. Choć przed nim wciąż ogrom pracy i na razie nie wychodzi jeszcze na spacery, robi wyraźne postępy. Zaczyna akceptować dotyk i coraz częściej sam go szuka ❤️ Kiedy się czegoś przestraszy, zamiast uciekać jak najdalej – tak jak kiedyś – szuka wsparcia u opiekunów. Obecnie intensywnie pracujemy nad oswajaniem go ze smyczą i obrożą. To dla niego zupełnie nowe doświadczenia, ale z każdym dniem radzi sobie coraz lepiej 🫶 Najważniejsze jest to, że Kamil przestaje widzieć w człowieku zagrożenie, a zaczyna dostrzegać w nim poczucie bezpieczeństwa. Szukamy dla niego cierpliwego, świadomego domu, gotowego na pracę – być może również przy wsparciu behawiorysty.
