Très proche des humain. e. s, il aime venir chercher l’attention et se montre facilement câlin lorsqu’il est en confiance. Petit gourmand, il ne rate jamais une occasion de regarder ce qu'il se passe dès qu’il y a quelque chose à manger. Karamel est très expressif et attachant, plein de douceur.
