She kept her distance, unsure if humans could ever be trusted again. Healing a broken heart takes time, patience, and unconditional love. Day by day, our team spent time with Katrina, offering kindness, positive energy, and friendship without expecting anything in return. Slowly, she began to understand that not all people would hurt her. One day, the wall she had built around herself finally came down. The frightened little puppy transformed into a beautiful, playful, and affectionate dog who now loves to be around people she trusts. Seeing her wagging tail and joyful spirit reminds us why we never give up on dogs like Katrina. Today, Katrina is ready for the next chapter of her life. She is waiting for a family who will continue giving her the love, security, and happiness she has learned to believe in.
